Our on-site professional event planner has a stong background in interior deisgn and event management and is available to consult with you to create the event you have always envisioned.

Additional Event Guests
Fee: $5 per guest -
Includes tables and chairs.
Additional Staff
Fee: $18 per hour each -
1 professional staff member per every 50-65 guests is required. If your caterer does not provide staff members, you must provide staff for your reception.
Beverage Table
Fee: $2.90 per guest -
Includes; Ice tea, lemonade, coffee and water. Beverage containers, table and linen.
Cake Cutting & Champagne Service
Fee: $145 Flat rate

Event Consultant
Full service event management, coordinating and design - $35 per hour
Lodging - Lower Main Lodge
Bridal suite fee: $65 double occpancy
